Packaging was robust, and the PCBs themselves were high quality, with clean traces and solder masks. I also used their stencil service, and that was equally well-made. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't comment on that, but overall, it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. Good option for custom board fabrication.

CrowPi fun for everyone!

I just got the CrowPi and it's absolutely incredible! The amount of projects you can do with it is insane. My kids and I have been having so much fun learning to code and build things. Everything was packaged perfectly and arrived super fast. I'm definitely shopping here again, and telling all my maker friends about Elecrow!

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered an HDMI monitor for a Raspberry Pi project. The monitor itself is great, very clear picture and easy to set up. I'm happy with the product quality for the price I paid. However, the delivery took closer to 10 days to get to me in Texas, which was a little longer than I hoped, especially since I needed it for a deadline. Everything was well-packed though, no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, but it didn't speed things up. Overall, a good experience, but I might opt for faster shipping next time if it's available.

Ordered PCB assembly. Service was quick. Boards came back well done. No issues with quality. Happy with the result. Will use again for prototypes.
